Carter is a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of First Choice Professionals LLC. He brings fourteen years of healthcare information technology management, consulting, and sales leadership experience to the company.
As Chief Executive Officer, Carter is able to draw upon his hospital, consulting, and vendor leadership background to benefit FCP's clients and partners. Before becoming CEO of FCP in 2010, Carter was Executive Vice President responsible for sales, marketing and strategic direction. Prior to founding First Choice Professionals LLC, he was a Business Development Director at Park City Solutions, covering the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Carter spent 5 years as an applications and integration Project Manager and consultant in the healthcare information technology arena with First Choice Consulting. Prior to his consulting career, Carter held various IT management positions with Adventist HealthCare.
Carter holds a B.S. in Health Science from the University of Arizona and a M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
