While it’s important to review deliverables, it’s also important to interview current staff to see what type of interactions they’ve had with the vendor. Look at the vendor’s roadmap, plan, and how it is going to partner with your hospital. Mark says reviewing the vendor’s milestone dates and what it means for your organization is also important.
